Warbler diversity growing...

I spent 2 hours at Emma McCarthy Lee Park in Ames this morning and tallied:

15 warbler species:

Blue-winged Warbler (1 singing persistently)
Golden-winged Warbler (2, singing)
Tennessee Warbler
Orange-crowned Warbler
Nashville Warbler
Northern Parula
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Black-and-white Warbler
Black-throated Green Warbler
Palm Warbler
Yellow Warbler
Wilson's Warbler
Ovenbird
Northern Waterthrush
American Redstart

Here is a WILSON'S WARBLER:

Some other sightings included 3 species of vireos:

Warbling Vireo
Blue-headed Vireo
Yellow-throated Vireo
